1. Acceptance

By using Decision Crafter (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is a free, static utility provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under the age of majority (18 or 19 in most places), you represent that you have your parent's permission to use the Service.

3. Health & Safety Warning (Photosensitivity)

WARNING: This Service uses visual effects, including flashing lights and rapid animations (e.g., spinning wheels), which may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.

• Stop Immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, or twitching.
• Consult a Doctor before use if you have a history of epilepsy.

4. Activity Suggestions & Safety

The Service provides "Ideas" and starter templates (e.g., "Truth or Dare", "Food", "Activities"). You acknowledge that these are generic suggestions generated as examples only.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any action you take based on these suggestions is safe, legal, and appropriate for your situation.
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or consequences resulting from your performance of these activities. Never perform a dare or activity that involves risk of harm, illegal conduct, or non-consensual behavior.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For illegal gambling, unlicensed lotteries, or high-stakes sweepstakes.
• As a "Certified Random Number Generator" for legal, financial, or regulatory decisions. (Our randomization is for fun, not for audits).
• To scrape, copy, or attack the Service (e.g., botnets).

6. Intellectual Property & Feedback

We own the Service's code, design, and branding.

If you choose to send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback via email, you agree that we are free to use them however we choose, without any obligation or payment to you. You grant us a permanent, unlimited license to use your feedback to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer ("As Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. We do not guarantee that the results, calculations, or random selections are perfectly accurate or error-free. You assume all risks associated with relying on the Service for decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decision Crafter shall not be liable for any damages (including lost profits, data, or personal injury) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to $10.00 CAD.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. By using this tool, you acknowledge that your access is also subject to Cloudflare's network availability and privacy policies. We are not responsible for downtime or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
