Decision Crafter is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Decision Crafter is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Decision Crafter, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Some decision-making animations (e.g., spinning wheel) may not be fully compatible with screen readers. We provide text-based results (modals) to mitigate this.
We maximize legibility by automatically adjusting text color (light vs. dark). However, strict WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios cannot be guaranteed for every color within the visual themes.
